I firmly believe that yoga is for everybody.
(And quite literally every body)
Not every style is, not every teacher is, but becoming familiar with yoga and its basic poses is the first step of the journey ... which I'd be delighted to help you with!
What to expect?
My classes are gentle and generally for all levels.
If you are brand new to the practice I recommend a one-to-one to get you started in the best possible way, but you are more than welcome to Yoga on the Stray without any prior experience.
I am not trained in pre- or post-natal yoga but am happy to point you in the right direction!
What to bring?
Comfy, stretchy clothes.
Your own mat if you have one. (make sure to reserve one if you don't!)
